When you register to use the Services, create an account, or contact DataNovo for support or other inquiries, DataNovo collects information that identifies you. This may include, but is not limited to: contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number; billing information, such as your billing contact information and your billing address; profile information, such as a user name or job title; and preferences, such as notification and marketing preferences. DataNovo may also save your communications to help improve our products and customer service.

Website, Cookies, and Activity

DataNovo collects information about how you use and interact with the Services. DataNovo collects information about its online ads, such as which ads are clicked on and on which web page the ads were displayed. DataNovo also has social networking pages, such as Twitter and Facebook, as well as a blog. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

We use data hosting service providers to host the information we collect, and we use reasonable safeguards to secure your data. However, no security system is impenetrable, and due to the inherent nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Third-Party Payment Processors

DataNovo may use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, BrainTree, Xero, other payment processors or their affiliates, to process payments. When making payment through these third-party processors, you provide all payment information, such as credit card details, directly to the third-party, and the use and collection of such information is governed by the third-party’s privacy policies and terms. DataNovo does not store credit card details and instead relies upon these third-party payment processors.

For your use and convenience, the Services may provide links to third-party websites, not owned, operated, or controlled by DataNovo. The collection and use of your information by such third-parties is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, and not this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to DataNovo and its Services, and not to any information you provide, directly or indirectly, to any third party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may have the right to access, update, or correct your information; to request a copy of your information; to object to our use of your information; to opt out of certain communications; or to request deletion of your information. Your rights may be limited in certain cases where applicable law or your business or organization’s contract with DataNovo permits DataNovo’s retention and use of your information.
